Hand Made Tibetan Chakra Singing Bowl Set with Wooden Wand and Mat

Beautiful handcrafted and hammered Tibetan Singing Bowl, also known as a Tibetan Prayer Bowl. Set the tone for your yoga practice, meditation or spiritual healing. Use the wooden wand to circle the rim of the brass bowl to create a vibration and frequency of sound that can help balance your chakras, lift your mood, promote healing from stress and depression and create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility as well as presence, focus and calm.  

Place the bowl on the flat palm of your left hand. Holding the wand in your right hand, gently rub the edge/rim of the bowl with the lower end of the wand, moving in a clockwise direction. You can also sit the bowl on the cushion ring and us the same motion with the wand. You will get a slightly different sound from the each action. 

Set Includes brass bowl, mahogany wand and hand sewn resting cushion. Bowl measures approximately 3inches x 1 3/4 inches.
